This is my own creation. You need the Mashed Cauliflower recipie that I did published Tuesday! It is the last part of this. Again, nothing is exact, I do it differently everytime, but the basics.
1 or 2 lbs of ground meat, I prefer venison as it is almost fat free!
Chopped onion and garlic to taste
can of Rotel Original
3 to 6 serrano peppers if you want some kick to it. Add those just before meat.
